I'm Lychee-ing

My favourite fruit is in season again!

As sweet as being in love... : )

But can't eat too much as this lovely fruit is very sugar high.

Another 2kg to shed. I am taking it slowly.

Exercise+cutting down on carbo+massages= Ideal weight.

They all told me minus 2-3kg is very easy to achieve.

Is it?

Reading

I watched Charlie and the Chocolate Factory on tv last night. It was awesome! :)
Brought me fond memories of my childhood.

When i was young, I am quite a nerd and I love to read. I still remembered my 1st book was Cinderella. Mum brought me to the bookstore to pick one book and I specifically asked for Cinderella. I am not even in my primary school yet at that time.
There were many words I don't understand , I just looked at the pictures and read those that i could. I had that book for quite awhile before i lost it. It is a such pity that I didnt keep it properly, it's so memorable.

In my younger primary school days, my favourite books were from Enid Blyton. I was fascinated by all the colourful hard covers and the short stories. Bet we all remember the famous quote in our autograph books :
Enid Blyton I am not, so I cannot write alot. Just three words, forget me not.
That was inspired by Enid Blyton! haha. So funny!

I was even a "Bookworm" Club member. I remembered asking dad for $5 each time they had book fairs in the school canteen.

Slowly I like Roald Dahl's books. Charlie and The Chocolate Factory, Matilda, The Witches, James and The Giant Peach..and many more.
They were so captivating. I used to be very reserved and quiet when I was young, the books brought me to so many adventures.

When I gradually grow up, I read lesser and lesser.
More fashion magazines now. How sad and shallow isn't it? Maybe I lost the reading interest.
Perhaps shoes, clothes and bags are more appealing to me now...maybe?

I should take up reading again, but will it be more satisfying than getting hold of a new bag?
Mmmm.....

Happiness is simplicity. Less expectations. Be contended.

Reached home early on a Saturday, so rare.
Managed to watch "over the Hedge" on Tv. I had a good laugh. :)
Life can be simple.

In the mood for shopping again.
I am so tired today due to lack of sleep. But I still insist to shop in the noon with HB.

Got some clothes, skincare and makeup.

Once again I submitted to it, I got myself a new lip gloss :p
It got a nice name: Sugarrimmed. Yummy!

Current wish list: A fuchsia pink skirt. A pair of super high red pumps.
However, I can't find them! :(
